1.All products must meet with the test specifications and
reliability tests be carried out at regular intervals;there should
be no dust and leakage in every product to avoid earlier failure.
2.Prompt delivery of product must be guaranteed.Within warraty
period,all products in poor quality must be repaired in free of
charge,changed or returned.And the indemnity clause specified
in the purchase contract must be strictly folowed.
3.If customer find out any quality problem in the hydraulic
power packages or components used in main equipment under the
correct operating conditons,within 48 hours after being informed
by the customer,our service at the service spot within 72 hours
and stays there until all problems of the products are resolved.
4.According to customers' requirement,we shall give technical
training for their operators and often visit their factories trying
to find out quality problems of our product so as to resolve them
in time.
